1. How can I change the number of stamps displayed on the customer wallet pass?

  • Navigate to the Passes section.
  • Click on Edit.
  • Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.
  • Select Stamps.
  • Adjust the number of stamps as desired.
  • Remember to click Save to confirm the changes.

2. How do I add rewards or change the name of a reward?

  • Navigate to the Passes section.
  • Click on Edit.
  • Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.
  • Select Rewards.
  • Here, you can add new rewards or edit existing reward names.
  • Once done, click Save to store your changes.

3. How can I change the stamp image?

  • Navigate to the Passes section.
  • Click on Edit.
  • Scroll down to the Stamps section.
  • Here, you can choose the image you want for your stamp.
  • Once you have selected the desired image, click Save to save your changes.

4. How can I change wallet details (e.g., Company Name, Terms and Conditions)?

  • Navigate to the Passes section.
  • Click on Edit.
  • Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.
  • Select Wallet Details.
  • Here, you can make changes to wallet details such as the Company Name, Terms and Conditions, and other relevant information.
  • Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save to store your updated wallet details.

5. How do I increase my account limit?

  • Navigate to the Account section.
  • Select Increase Account Limit.
  • Choose the package that is suitable for your business needs.
  • Please note that all payments are securely managed by Google and Apple Store.

6. How do I stamp/reward a customer?

To stamp or reward a customer, follow these steps:

  1. Ask the customer to show their wallet pass (Google or Apple Wallet).
  2. Navigate to the Scan Screen.
  3. Scan the barcode on the customer's wallet pass.
  4. Select the number of stamps you want to give the customer or check if there are any available rewards to redeem.
  5. Click "Done" to finish the transaction or click "Cancel"to cancel it.
